  • date of incident
  • specific location
  • statement of fact
  • purchase receipt of the original item lost
  • boarding passes, baggage tags, or other documents related
  • passport of owner
  • photographs of the lost item
  • air carrier claim reports, if applicable
  • police, witness, or incident reports, if applicable
