Is my resort offering free COVID19 testing? What if I test positive?
We have no idea where you are staying or if that resort is making accommodations for testing at the resort. Many resorts are offering testing or access to it for a fee, or included in your stay. Further, we are not sure what you would be offered from your resort if you test positive and need to quarantine for 14 days. Contact your resort to get details.
If you are staying at a villa or an AirBNB (yes we can even come to your resort!) we can dispatch a licensed tech to administrate the test at your location and provide results within 48-72 hours.
As of January 26th, 2021 the United States is requiring a PCR test for reentry at the time of airline boarding for the USA. Air passengers are required to get a viral test (a test for current infection) within the 3 days before their flight to the U.S. departs, and provide written documentation of their laboratory test result (paper or electronic copy) to the airline or provide documentation of having recovered from COVID-19. Airlines must confirm the negative test result for all passengers or documentation of recovery before they board. If a passenger does not provide documentation of a negative test or recovery or chooses not to take a test, the airline must deny boarding to the passenger.
Starting January 7, 2021, air travelers 5 years of age or older will be required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test (polymerase chain reaction) result to the airline prior to boarding international flights bound for Canada from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. This test cannot be older than 72 hours. Further, Anyone entering Canada must follow mandatory isolation or quarantine requirements. Not respecting the mandatory requirements is a serious offense with consequences and penalties.

Get COVID-19 PCR Test Results in 72 Hours
A COVID-19 test is simple and effective and will be done in the comfort of your resort, villa, or home. Once booked through our online reservation system, we come to your location and perform the PCR nose swab test, compliant to CDC recommendations. Testing for COVID-19 involves inserting a 6-inch long swab (like a long Q-tip) into the cavity between the nose and mouth (nasopharyngeal swab) for 15 seconds and rotating it several times. This swabbing is then repeated on the other nostril to make sure enough material is collected. The swab is then inserted into a container and sent to a lab for testing the next morning.
We then provide results via email in a digital document (viewable in any web browser) to you on the third day, usually by midday, sometimes faster although, not guaranteed.
We perform PCR COVID-19 tests 7 days a week (Note: lab processing is not in operation on Sundays, so a Saturday test will not be processed until Monday with results available on that Tuesday). A: Reserve for a Thursday for a Sunday flight, and Friday for a Monday flight.
Q: Is this a legitimate business?
A: Yes, we utilize the largest Reference Laboratory in Mexico and Latin America certified to perform PCR tests, as recommended by the CDC.
Q: I have reserved the PCR test online, now what happens?
A: We will contact you that day to confirm receipt. We will then contact you by email or phone provided 1-2 days before your scheduled date to confirm a time and reconfirm your location.
Q: When do I get my results?
A: Every test is sent to the lab in Mainland Mexico the following day and processed that day or the next. We receive your results and then send them as a PDF to retrieve from any web browser within 48-72 hours.
Q: Is my test information being shared with anyone? What are your privacy policies?

A: No, we only take online payments at the moment for security reasons. All transactions are with 256-bit SSL security and protected by your/our banks for fraud.
Q: Can you do multiple tests in one location?
A: Yes, simply order the number of tests you need and we'll show up with that amount of test to perform at your location.
Q: I need to get tests for my family, the form online has info for one person. How do I get the info to you for the rest of my family members?
A: On arrival, we will collect the necessary information for each individual as it will be needed for each test/lab results.
Q: I have multiple people at my resort/villa/home who are not family and all want the test and want to pay separately.
A: Please have each person reserve their own test online separately and add in that they are at the same location in the notes field.
Q: Can I get a refund if I cancel? What are your policies to cancel?
A: We provide a full refund back to your card if canceled prior to 24 hours of your scheduled appointment booked online.
Q: I received my test and am positive - what do I do now? Where will I stay?
A: Don't panic. If you are feeling symptoms of COVID-19 please take precautions to quarantine. If you are feeling ill, seek the advice of a medical Doctor. We have Concierge Doctors that can come to your resort/villa/home to consult you and prescribe any medication/treatments you may need. If you are feeling very ill, don't wait - seek immediate assistance at a local hospital or call 911. For accommodation to quarantine for 14 days please consult with your resort of villa host for options - many are providing free or greatly reduced costs to quarantine in Cabo!
